Maybe its just the die rolling my gaming buddies do but I have never actually seen the OL win this quest. My heroes focus on killing 1 of the elementals usually placing the best hero to do this out the front. I have seen the heroes kill the master elemental with just 2 attacks quite often. The remaining heroes then use heroics and skills to focus all thier energy/attacks on belthir.In fact the last 2 times we have played this quest the OL has not even had a turn. The heroes are even burning an action to search the nearby token and killing Belthir.
