Agree. It seems that if you can move then attack, you can certainly move and then not attack since that takes less effrt. The only argument against that would be that you get that extra burst for move/attack by seeing another monster w/in range. I counter by saying that the Knight is energized by 1) beating the 1st monster and 2) knowing that he/she is that much closer to achieving the larger goal of the encounter.
